Trogon Travels (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides travel services to individuals and organizations (“client,” “you,” or “your”) in accordance with the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Trogon Travels offers various travel-related services, including but not limited to:
Flight bookings
Hotel reservations
Tour packages
Travel consulting
Transportation arrangements
Customized travel itineraries
These services may be subject to availability and additional terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
2.1 Booking Process: To book services through Trogon Travels, you must provide the required information for the requested travel service. Once we confirm your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.
2.2 Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made according to the payment plan outlined in the booking confirmation. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers and wire transfer.
2.3 Deposits and Final Payments: For a booking, a 100% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the booking.
2.4 Currency: All payments should be made in US Dollar as specified in the invoice or booking confirmation.
3.1 Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all bookings, including passport details, contact information, and travel preferences.
3.2 Travel Documentation: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other documents required for the journey.
3.3 Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for assessing their health and fitness for travel and should consult a medical professional if necessary. Trogon Travels cannot be held liable for any health-related issues during the trip.
3.4 Conduct During: Travel Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while using our services. Any illegal or disruptive behaviour that results in harm to others or violation of laws may lead to the immediate cancellation of the trip without a refund.
4.1 Changes to Bookings: Clients may request changes to their bookings by contacting Trogon Travels as soon as possible. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.2 Cancellations by Clients: If the client cancels a booking, cancellation fees may apply as per the terms outlined in the booking confirmation. The following cancellation fees typically apply:
100% of the total cost if cancelled 30 days before departure
50% of the total cost if cancelled within 15 days before departure
No refund if cancelled 7 days before departure
4.3 Cancellations by Trogon Travels: Trogon Travels reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, airline cancellations, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a refund or offer an alternative service.
5.1 Limitation of Liability: Trogon Travels will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the actions of third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers). We are also not responsible for changes to itineraries, delays, or cancellations due to force majeure events.
5.2 Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Trogon Travels harmless against all claims, losses, or damages arising from the client’s actions, negligence, or violation of these Terms.
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover risks including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and travel delays. Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the client.
7.1 Data Collection: By booking services with Trogon Travels, clients agree to provide the necessary personal information for the purpose of processing the booking and providing customer support. This may include your name, address, passport details, and payment information.
7.2 Data Usage: We will use the client’s personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, except when required by law.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, Trogon Travels and the client will attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to arbitration or filed in the appropriate court under the laws of Bhutan.
Trogon Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhutan. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Paro.
By using Trogon Travels’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
