1.1 Booking Confirmation: To secure your booking, a refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the tour departure date.
1.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer or wire-transfer. All payments must be made in US Dollar.
1.3 Late Payments: Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited.
2.1 Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
100% refund if canceled more than 30 days before departure.
50% refund if canceled 15 days before departure.
No refund if canceled 7 days before departure.
2.2 Cancellation by Trogon Travels: We reserve the right to cancel any tour for reasons such as insufficient bookings, force majeure, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us. However, we are not responsible for any other costs incurred by you.
3.1 Changes by Client: If you wish to make any changes to your booking after confirmation, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.
3.2 Changes by Trogon Travels: We reserve the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Any significant changes will be communicated to you promptly.
4.1 Mandatory Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. It must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and any other potential risks associated with the tour. Proof of insurance may be required before departure.
4.2 Responsibility: Trogon Travels is not responsible for any costs arising from accidents, illness, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the tour. Participants travel at their own risk.
5.1 Health Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the tour. If you have any medical conditions, please consult with your doctor before booking and inform us of any special requirements.
5.2 Safety Protocols: Trogon Travels adheres to strict safety standards. You are required to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by our tour guides. Failure to comply may result in termination of your participation in the tour without refund.
6.1 Trogon Travels’ Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and enjoyment, Trogon Travels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or acts of war.
6.2 Third-Party Liability: We act as an intermediary for the transportation, accommodation, and other services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of these third parties.
7.1 Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport, visa, and any other necessary travel documents before departure. Trogon Travels is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to obtain the correct documentation.
7.2 Entry Requirements: You are responsible for complying with the entry requirements of the destination country, including vaccinations and health regulations. Trogon Travels is not liable for any expenses incurred as a result of non-compliance.
8.1 Respectful Behavior: We expect all participants to show respect to fellow travelers, local communities, and the environment. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful by Trogon Travels may result in the termination of your participation in the tour without refund.
8.2 Cultural Sensitivity: Trogon Travels promotes responsible tourism. You are encouraged to respect local customs, traditions, and the environment while on tour.
9.1 Reporting Issues: If you have any complaints during the tour, please report them to your tour guide immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot.
9.2 Post-Tour Complaints: If your issue was not resolved during the tour, you must submit a formal complaint in writing within 7 days of the tour’s conclusion. We will investigate the matter and respond accordingly.
10.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bhutan.
10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhutan.
